Performance Management Network – what’s that?  WCR has recently launched a new professional real estate designation to replace the previous LTG designation.  It’s designed from the ground up to bring you real-world skills that will keep your business out front and on top of a dynamic real estate market.  Competition is stiffer, customers are more knowledgeable, and there is never enough time. That’s why Women’s Council of REALTORS® introduced this new designation designed for the way you work today: the Performance Management Network.
 
The new designation offers a cutting-edge suite of professional performance training courses.  “Performance management is about taking our businesses to the next level, and centers on the principle that today’s realities demand new skill sets,” says 2004 National President Brenda Ghibaudi.  “These are strong, relationship oriented skill sets, like how to negotiate the best outcomes for our clients, how to network in a way that generates referrals and how to organize our working lives in ways that make time for personal growth, too. “
